The blood test from that company was really hard for me to do, so I couldn't use it in the end. I asked for a refund, but they said it was too late. It was really upsetting and annoying for me as a customer. Companies should be helpful and understanding in situations like this, but my experience was the opposite. I wouldn't suggest anyone use this company because of my bad experience.

Make sure you send in your test within 5 months of buying it. Even if the kit's still sealed, they won't give you a new one if it's been longer than that. They're pretty strict about accepting and testing kits that are over 5 months old.

I bought a DNA test kit not too long ago and had some problems trying to register it. The first time I sent it in, the company lost it, but they were nice enough to send me another one. However, when I tried to sign up on their website, I clicked a bunch of times and nothing happened. I thought I had registered by clicking, but later found out I hadn't. When I asked for a refund because of all the hassle, I was surprised to find out the company wanted to take $15 off my refund, which didn't seem fair considering what happened. Overall, my experience was pretty disappointing and frustrating.
