CommunicationI've been a customer and it's been really frustrating getting repeated phone calls asking me the same question over and over again. And to top it off, I get emails asking the same thing on different days! It's just a big mess and so inefficient. I'm really disappointed to see such unprofessionalism and lack of attention to detail in customer service.

CommunicationI bought four tests last year and I'm having a ton of trouble getting the results. I only got results for two of them so far. It's super annoying because I was really looking forward to getting them all. Now I'm just stuck waiting and wondering what's up. I've tried reaching out a few times for an update on the missing results, but it seems like I'm just getting the runaround.
