CommunicationI've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now and I've always been happy with their service, but my last couple of orders had some problems. One had damaged uprights and the other had the wrong and dirty sheer panels. I tried calling customer service a bunch of times, but all I got was a busy signal and I couldn't talk to anyone. I also sent some emails, but didn't get any response, even though I tried many times. Not hearing back made me really disappointed and frustrated because I thought they would do better.

CommunicationI ordered a super cool floral backdrop, two bases, a cross bar, and a cool upright thingy from here. But, it was a total bummer! They didn't send me the netting and the pins were the wrong size. I needed this stuff to set up a party, and now I have to refund and disappoint a customer. It's not like this stuff was cheap, you know? I thought they would be more professional and stuff. I even tried to contact customer service for help, but no one got back to me. Not cool, man.
