Overall it’s reliable and good value. I started using it last month; first impression plain, but support replied surprisingly fast, so useful.

it ended okay but it was messy. I needed the shoes for long shifts and ordered a US 8. Site showed US 8, but I got a UK 8 instead. They gave a full refund and I’m grateful, but the only compensation offered was 15% back even though I’d bought them at 30% off. Frustrating but resolved.

That moment — when they emailed the replacement tracking right after receiving my return — I relaxed. It was simple, no drama. Glad it wasn't a hassle and I'll buy from them again. Saw the product on a friend’s feed first, so I passed it on.

Started off thinking a quick return would clear up the doubts, I sent it with DHL on Nov 25. They charged £12 for pickup and since then no refund and almost no replies. I’ve had better customer care elsewhere; it works eventually maybe, but right now it’s frankly still annoying.
