I always enjoy going to Elite Tools because they have such great stuff and the staff are really friendly. The tools I got were top-notch quality and the prices were reasonable. They have a wide range of options so I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The employees were so helpful and nice, which made my shopping trip even more enjoyable. I just bought a chainsaw from this store and ran into a little hiccup with my order. It was a bit of a challenge to get a hold of the shipping team at first, but once I finally got through to them, they were super helpful and understanding. The lady in the shipping department was so kind and really went out of her way to fix the issue for me. Even though they might be swamped with work sometimes, their commitment to customer service really shows and they'll definitely go the extra mile to help you out. I was so happy with my experience at Elite Tools! I found the product I was looking for at a great price, and it arrived sooner than expected. But when I had some trouble installing it, I had to contact customer service. Thankfully, "Chris" was there to help me out and make things right. I was so pumped to receive my new tools, but man oh man, it took them a ridiculously long time to even get my order going! I placed it on September 12th and still, on September 17th, it was stuck in "processing" mode. I was starting to worry that I'd never lay my hands on those tools! But lo and behold, the Elite Tools crew stepped up and swiftly addressed my worries. Finally, my order was on its way and I breathed a huge sigh of relief. The customer service was top-notch and I'm thrilled to have my tools in hand at last. Huge shoutout to Elite Tools for coming through!
