Elite Tools - Reviews and experiences

So I ordered some tools from this company, thinking it would be a quick and easy process. But, after I placed my order, they charged my credit card right away and still haven't shipped my stuff. I've sent them emails, but haven't heard anything back. It's really frustrating that they don't communicate well and don't even have a phone number to call. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, even if their prices look good. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about it!

I just ordered something and wasn't too pleased with how they kept me in the loop and how long it took to arrive. But, today it finally came, and they even said sorry and explained the hold-up, which was nice. Even though there was a bit of a bump in the road at first, I'm happy with how they handled things and fixed the issue. I'd say it's a good place to shop at.

I can't believe the awful time I had with Elite Tools. I called beforehand to check if they had the item I needed, placed my order online, and they charged my credit card right away. The next day, I got an email saying they actually didn't have the item and didn't know when they would. Now I'm stuck without the tool I need for my project and my daughter's birthday is around the corner. It's completely unacceptable.

I just bought some tools from Elite Tools for a home reno, and even though the products came in good condition, I had a major problem with their customer service. When I messed up my order and tried to fix it, I couldn't do it online. Plus, I couldn't get a hold of anyone at Elite Tools even after leaving messages - and my order took more than 10 days to ship!

I ordered some router bits that were supposed to be in stock on the website. I placed my order and got charged right away, but then I got an email saying they're actually out of stock. Now I have to wait up to 4 weeks for them to arrive. The price was good, but waiting for so long is really annoying. They even asked for a review before the items were shipped - way too early if you ask me.

I ordered something 11 days ago, and I'm pretty bummed about how long it's taking and the lack of updates. I waited a whole week and still didn't get my stuff, so I had to call them up to see what's going on. Turns out, they didn't have the batteries I needed in stock, so they had to ship them from somewhere else. It would have been nice if they had let me know about the hold-up beforehand, especially since I was really looking forward to getting my order. But oh well, what can you do?

So, yeah, I found this really awesome item on sale and it was so cheap! And then, it arrived in the mail really quickly, which was great! But, when I had a question and I emailed them, they completely ignored me, which was not cool. I mean, seriously, it's not that difficult to reply to an email, eh?
