Returns & RefundsI just bought a standing desk from this company and the courier messed it up during delivery. But, I was really impressed with how quickly the company responded and solved the issue. They swapped out the damaged product without any fuss or lots of questions, which I really liked. Their customer service and warranty are top-notch and made the whole thing a good experience. I'm happy with my purchase and the service I got.

Returns & RefundsI was so excited to get my new desk all set up, eh? But when it finally arrived, I was bummed out to see that both corners of the desk top were all dinged up. I gave customer service a call, but all they did was give me a measly discount instead of sending out some new parts.
