Returns & RefundsI just bought a ring from this jewelry company online, but it didn't fit right on my finger. I was a bit bummed out, but I decided to contact their customer service team to ask about returning it. I sent them an email asking if I could get a refund or store credit for the ring. To my surprise, I got a response the next day. The person I talked to was super helpful and even gave me a shipping label to send the ring back. It was a relief to know that returning it would be easy.
