I recently bought a new ring from this jeweler after losing my original shortly after getting it. The whole process went smoothly, and I was happy with the discount they gave me. The ring was customized to fit me, and even though it feels a bit lighter, the stones look nicer than my old one. The customer service team I dealt with was really professional and friendly, which made the whole thing more enjoyable. The only downside was that the delivery took longer than I thought, arriving a week later than expected, which was a bit annoying. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend this jeweler for their quality stuff and top-notch customer service.

Customer service was quick to help me out when I made a mistake on the delivery form, which was nice. But, when I got the ring, I was kinda bummed out to see that it was just loose in the box. The display box looked good, but the ring itself wasn't wrapped at all and was just bouncing around in the shipping box. Thankfully, the ring wasn't scratched or anything, but it was still worrying to see it packaged so carelessly.

I just ordered these really cute earrings for my mom for Mother's Day and I have to say, the whole experience was fantastic! Everything from ordering them to actually receiving the earrings went so well. I was so thrilled to give them to my mom because they were so pretty! I couldn't wait to see her reaction when she saw them.

The necklace was exactly what I was looking for as a gift. The quality was fantastic and it was received in perfect condition. My only wish is that the chain came in different lengths or came with an offer to purchase extenders. It would have been nice to have more options in terms of the necklace length. Additionally, I was a bit disappointed that the necklace arrived the day after the holiday when I needed it, which was a bit inconvenient. However, overall, I was happy with the purchase.
