Rainy-commute-tested backpack
Rainy-commute-tested backpack
ProductI grabbed one of their bags a few years back for the daily commute and it kind of became my go-to — the one I toss over my shoulder with a laptop, lunch and whatever else needs hauling. The thing that stands out is the zips; they still glide after months, even years, of being stuffed to the brim. That durability is real and I keep coming back for that, honestly. The designs are decent too, not flashy but they don’t scream bland, and some collabs are actually interesting. I do wish they'd use more recycled fabrics or do more local production though — that’s the part that bothers me, because otherwise it would tick more boxes for me. Ordering from their site is simple enough, though I've seen items go out of stock and that’s a bit annoying when you want a specific colour. Customer service has been fine when I’ve needed to ask something, nothing outstanding but helpful. Price feels fair for what you get; not cheap cheap, but you aren’t paying for a luxe logo either. I use these bags every day for work and weekend errands, and they’ve held up with kids’ stuff, groceries and the odd trip. So yeah, mildly critical but satisfied — kind of relieved they last, because replacements would be a hassle.
Large transit luggage, black and cameo
Large transit luggage, black and cameo
ProductI bought two big transit suitcases in black and cameo colours not long ago. However, I had a bit of a bad time with the customer service afterwards. I kept sending emails about a problem with the lock, but I didn't get a good response. I tried for a whole month to fix it with no luck, so I ended up fixing it myself by looking it up online. On top of that, I found out the hard way that the bags aren't waterproof. When I got my luggage from the belt, all my clothes inside were completely drenched. The info when I bought them didn't say they were waterproof, but I think all travel bags should have that basic feature. I honestly think buying these was a waste of money.
Suitcase split in 3 years
Suitcase split in 3 years
ProductI bought a suitcase from here and I was so disappointed with the quality. The sides broke after only 3 years, which is ridiculous for what I paid. Plus, the customer service was terrible and not helpful at all. Overall, the suitcase was just really low quality. I wish I hadn't bought it and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
Blue holdall
Blue holdall
ProductA few years back, I bought a holdall and was so bummed to see it was painted blue. Every time I'd use it, my stuff would end up covered in little blue paint bits. I tried to get it fixed, but got no help. The product was not good quality at all, and the customer service didn't solve the problem.
