They have so many awesome work clothes, and the people working there are really nice and quick. It's a great store, I'm for sure going to get all my work clothes from there from now on, eh!

I just wanted to share about this store I had a great customer service experience with recently. After I placed my order, they sent me a personalized email to thank me for shopping with them, which I thought was a nice gesture. They kept me in the loop with regular updates on how my order was coming along until it was finally delivered. The fact that it arrived on time was definitely a bonus. All in all, I was happy with the service I received and would definitely think about ordering from them again in the future.

I bought a pair of jeans and was told they would arrive in 2 days, but they actually came by regular ground shipping, so it took way longer. Even though I showed proof of the promised shipping, the customer service team didn't really address my worries and didn't seem to care about the inconvenience. It was frustrating to see them not take responsibility or show good customer service. I won't be buying from them again.
