CommunicationI recently ordered some denim products online for over $100 on March 8th. When I placed the order, all the items showed as being in stock. However, later on, I was told there could be a delay of up to 2 weeks before I actually get my order. I was really disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency about this delay. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they either couldn't or didn't want to give me a satisfactory solution. Because of this whole situation, I had to end up cancelling my order and now I'll have to find somewhere else to buy what I need. I just wanted to warn other folks to be careful when thinking about buying stuff from this place. This whole thing has left me feeling let down and frustrated, to the point where I'm leaving a negative review for the first time ever.
