DeliveryI was running out of time and called to check stock. The woman actually went into the warehouse and came back saying there was one left — a small detail but I thought 'okay, good.' I ordered online then put in the wrong delivery address. I called back; same person changed it in their system on the spot. Boots arrived next day. The moment they fixed the address and it still turned up — that’s when I was satisfied.
