Warranty claim toilet cassette spare part

I had to ask for a replacement spare part for my toilet cassette under warranty. Janet from the service department took care of everything really well and quickly. I was pretty impressed with how efficient and effective the service was. The part came right on time, and I was able to fix my toilet without any trouble. I'm happy with how my warranty claim turned out.

Fantastic Vent Fan with remote

I can't believe how poorly they handled my issue with my fan not working! I spent quite a bit of money on this product, only to be ignored when I needed help. It's really disappointing that a big company like yours would have such bad customer service. I tried so many times to get in touch, but it felt like my messages were going nowhere. Overall, not a great experience.

Large equipment purchase

I just bought a bunch of gear for my RV project and man, did I have a rough time with their customer service. I tried calling their helpline a bunch of times for help with my order, but every time I just got sent to a boring menu or was stuck waiting forever with no one picking up. It was super annoying and pretty disappointing. Ended up ditching them for another company and I'm really happy I did. The lack of help and support from those guys was not cool at all.

Valve and burner for my old fridge

So, eh, I was having some trouble with my old fridge, the valve and burner weren't working right. I didn't know what parts to get so I gave Dometic a call. This really nice guy, Doug, helped me out by finding the right parts all the way in Germany and sending them over speedy quick. I was really pleased with the service and the tips he gave me. Now my fridge is running just like new, eh!

CF11 fridge purchase

I recently bought a CF11 fridge, and I gotta say, I'm really disappointed in the product and the customer service from this company. Just two months after the warranty ended, the fridge stopped working. I tried to contact Dometic multiple times through email, phone calls, and online chat, but no luck. It seems like they're either ignoring their customers or just not able to help. Their local service agents are also saying no to more warranty claims because they can't get in touch with Dometic and because Dometic isn't paying their bills. It's really frustrating to see a company not taking responsibility like this.

Portable refrigerator

I recently bought a portable fridge from this company and man, let me tell you, it was a disaster. First off, trying to reach their customer service was a nightmare. I kept getting redirected in circles by their phone system, no matter what option I chose. Super frustrating and a huge waste of time. After reading other reviews, it's clear I'm not the only one dealing with this. It's obvious this company doesn't care about customer satisfaction and doesn't handle concerns properly. As customers, we have the power to make a difference by not supporting businesses like this in the future. Someone needs to look into their practices and make sure they're held accountable for their actions.

Warranty issue with fridge

I recently had to contact customer service about a warranty problem with my fridge while I was on a 6-week trip. The person who took my call was really unprofessional and talked down to me, like I was dumb for even asking. It was a letdown, and I hope they work on their customer service in the future.

I was dealing with Doug to try and get some parts for my skylight. He was really professional and always called me back with the info I needed. I would totally recommend him if you need any parts.

RV refrigerator

I bought an RV fridge not long ago and it's been nothing but trouble. It's super unreliable and dealing with their customer service sucks. It's like once the warranty's up, Dometic doesn't want anything to do with you, leaving you on your own for pricey fixes. Their customer service team is useless and it feels like they're just reading off a script, not actually helping at all. I gotta say, I'm really let down by this whole situation with the company.
