Oh my gosh, you won't believe the terrible experience I had with my first order from those guys! When my glasses arrived, they were all smashed up and they wouldn't even send me a return label. But when they did finally send out my replacement glasses, they arrived super fast, so at least I could send back the broken ones. BUT, the second order never even made it to me. They shipped it with some random company, and now it's missing! I asked them to give it one more day before sending out a new pair, but they just ignored me and my emails. How rude, right? So now I had to call my bank to get my money back, so frustrating. Why couldn't they just send a replacement with their postage insurance? It makes no sense. Definitely check out other options before you buy here! Like, seriously!

Customer service was just brutal, eh! I ordered a second pair of glasses and paid extra for fast shipping, but they never showed up. When I called to check, turns out they didn't pass some quality check and had to be made again. No word of explanation in an email or nothin'! I demanded a refund for the fast shipping, but they wouldn't budge. It was just a terrible experience all around, ya know?
