Bed-strewn dresses, mixed feelings
Bed-strewn dresses, mixed feelings
Deliverynice weight, flattering cut, and the colour was spot on. That made the rest easier to swallow. I paid $40 for next-business-day delivery because I needed both for a formal night. Only one arrived on time. The other landed a few days later. Annoying. I tried to sort it out. There’s no easy reply link in the order emails and finding a customer service address on the site took time. I forwarded my messages and still got no reply. I don’t have time to wait on hold. An actual email support channel would help a lot. Still, I was happy I could wear the dresses and they lasted the whole evening. If they reimbursed the expedited fee, that would feel fair. Note to others: if you’re short on time, chase them early and save screenshots. Overall glad with the purchase but please fix the communication. I’d still recommend the styles.
Not what I expected
Not what I expected
Deliveryoh no. The dress had been wrapped in tissue and shoved into a shipping bag — no box, nothing to keep it neat — and it arrived a mess of wrinkles. I had actually tried the same style in-store and should’ve just bought that one, lesson learned, but I wanted to order online. First impression was just disappointment; the fit matched what I’d tried on, so that part was okay, but the presentation was terrible. I called customer service and they were polite enough, but the solution they gave me wasn’t realistic: a free professional steam — only at a shop more than an hour away — and they couldn’t offer a local alternative. I work a lot, I have young kids, so getting there wasn’t an option. They also said returns are subject to a $14.99 fee deducted from the refund, which felt a bit petty given the condition it arrived in. I had to pay to get it steamed locally and that cost almost as much as the dress, so my total ended up being way higher than expected. The dress itself is wearable after steaming, so it’s not a total loss, but the whole delivery and service experience soured it for me. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Deliveryask direct questions. Ask who actually handles your gown. Insist on written accountability. I wish I had. Small tip: take your own photos and copies of everything. It won’t feel funny at the time, but it helps later.
