Communicationdelivery timelines and in-store communication need work. If you're a bride-to-be, get confirmations in writing and consider a backup appointment. I was upset at first but relieved after the second salon; emotionally it was a roller coaster. I'd advise asking specifically about fabric stock and timelines before you commit.
