Returns & RefundsI almost talked myself into it — lots of positive reviews and prices that seemed a bit too good. I ordered a Hamilton Khaki Murph because, well, I've got a thing for field watches. When it arrived I used it right away to test it and the watch face looked great, surprisingly spotless, but the outer box was smashed and the warranty card was basically blank/fake. Support was polite and said they'd refund, then walked it back and offered some vague discount. That polite tone couldn't fix the mess. I'm still annoyed and wouldn't trust them again.
