CommunicationI just bought a pillow from this store and I gotta say, I wasn't impressed with how slow their customer service is. I shot them an email asking a question and still haven't heard back from them. Not cool. It's so frustrating to feel ignored as a customer. Companies really need to step up and reply promptly to their customers' questions and issues if they want to keep our trust and loyalty. This whole ordeal has definitely made me think twice about shopping here again.
