Opened the app one morning thinking a sale would sort itself out, but I ended up spending weeks chasing a payout. I use this site to sell extra kitchen stuff and a few tools for day-to-day bills, so the delays actually matter. Delivery was fine — parcels showed up — but customer service kept giving vague answers and wouldn't send clear account statements I asked for more than once. Listings are easy and buyers are okay, and yeah there's a little hope, but the payment side and support need fixing.

They picked up my items in October 2025, but months later I’ve had no real payment and barely any follow-up. I got long stretches of silence, then the same vague line about “reviewing” (repeat, repeat). Compared to other buyers I’ve used, who sort things out in a couple weeks, this was slow and sloppy. At least they actually showed up to collect — small relief — but that hardly fixes the no-pay issue. I’m now looking at legal steps, which is frustrating and unnecessary. They weren’t helpful, honestly. Wouldn’t go with them again, unless things change.

If you’re selling luxury stuff and need quick, reliable payouts, I’d be cautious — I ended up switching to a different place for later items and sleep a bit easier now.
