Small win in the end
Small win in the end
Returns & RefundsI first saw their matte and blush set on Instagram and bought it on a bit of a whim. The package arrived looking dodgy and I was ready to complain. The moment I knew I was satisfied came during a calm follow-up call — the rep arranged a quick replacement and sent a working return label. They fixed it without drama and even followed up a week later. I told a coworker about the turnaround. Not the cheapest, but honestly relieved.

Servicea 20% off card arrived after the expiry date; I was told twice over text it was fine, then told twice it wasn’t. Asked for a supervisor (I had the text) and never heard back. Chat replies felt scripted and slow. So product: excellent, worth a nod. Customer service: not great. If they sorted their communications and guarantees, this would be a far easier purchase. Tip: expect to pay more but you may end up liking the product. I’d recommend it, but not without reservations.

Productnice texture, absorbs fast. Second impression: my skin broke out — small pimples across the forehead. That was annoying. I contacted customer service and the conversation felt curt, almost dismissive, and that added to the frustration. They didn't offer a clear solution. So the product performance and the handling of the issue is the problem here. I said as much in my messages to them, no real follow-up. I will keep some products, but I'll avoid that moisturizer. Totals: a mixed, not great experience.
Quick replies, messy handoff

Returns & RefundsI was mid-move with a sore lower back and really needed the lumbar cushion ASAP, so I ordered three things and hoped for the best. Delivery actually showed up on time, which was a relief, but one piece was the wrong model. The concierge team in the US got back to me fast — seriously, their emails were prompt and polite — but then they kind of tossed the problem to their UK side and told me to use the returns page. That felt like shifting responsibility, and yeah, it was annoying having to arrange a return for something that wasn’t my fault. I mentioned a pickup (Royal Mail or similar) would’ve been ideal, but no offer like that came. Still, shout-out to the US concierge for being responsive; they tried to help within their limits. Overall I’m glad most of my order arrived and customer contact wasn’t radio silence, but the process to fix the mistake felt bureaucratic and could be much friendlier. A solid service that needs a better returns/delivery fix for hiccups — I’d use them again, just would double-check order details and be ready to follow up.

Overalldon't order multiples at once and keep screenshots. It's annoying, felt a bit helpless, sigh.
