CommunicationI bought some hair care products from an online store not too long ago, and honestly, I'm pretty let down by the whole experience. I placed my order a week back, thinking it would get shipped out within 3-5 business days like they said on their site. But a couple of days ago, I checked and saw that my stuff still hadn't been sent out. So, I decided to reach out to them through their website and social media, but haven't heard back from them yet. The lack of communication and the delay in shipping has really irked me and made me feel pretty disappointed with their customer service overall.
