Outfit for son's wedding, including a hat
I recently bought an outfit and matching hat for my son's wedding from this company, and I was really impressed with the quality and variety of items they have on their website. Being a VIP member, I love that they offer free next day delivery and easy returns, it just makes shopping so much more convenient. Unfortunately, one of my orders got lost in the mail, which was a bummer. But I reached out to their customer service team through text message and a super helpful and friendly employee named Rovie quickly sorted it out for me by giving me a refund without any hassle. Overall, I had a really good experience shopping with them and will definitely keep them in mind for special occasions in the future.
Occasional wear
Coast is my go-to for picking up stylish pieces for special occasions. They have a great selection that fits my personal style and the quality is always top-notch. I always feel happy with the deals they offer too. That being said, there have been times when I needed to return something, and I didn't get a confirmation that they received it. I reached out to their Customer Service, and Sarah got back to me right away. She confirmed they got my return and processed my refund. All in all, my time with Coast has been good, but they could do better with keeping customers in the loop about returns.
Dress with broken zip
The folks at customer service, Jhummel, Bryan, and Jade Amber, were super helpful in sorting out the problem I had with my purchase. They got back to me right away and made sure everything was sorted. But, I was kinda bummed when the dress I got had a broken zip - seems like nobody checked it before sending it out. That lack of quality control is pretty disappointing and it left me feeling frustrated. Even though the customer service was great, the damaged dress kinda ruined my whole experience with the company.
Dress for 30th Wedding Anniversary
So, I ordered a dress for my parents' 30th Wedding Anniversary shindig and guess what? The delivery company didn't even bother bringing it to my door! How annoying is that? Luckily, a guy named Marvin from the customer service crew came to the rescue, got everything sorted, and promised me that the dress would arrive tomorrow. Let's cross our fingers it actually shows up this time! Boo to the delivery company, but big props to Marvin for saving the day.
Long dress, too long for short people
The dress I bought was so pretty and had a nice style, but it was too long for me since I'm on the shorter side. Even with 5-inch platform heels, I couldn't make it work. It's too bad because I really liked the dress and would have kept it if it fit me better. But I had to return it, which was a bit of a pain, but at least it got sorted out quickly.
Bridesmaid dresses for wedding
I just bought some bridesmaid dresses for my wedding at this store. But, had to return two because I ordered a few sizes to make sure they fit perfectly. When I got the dresses, I saw that they only refunded me for one. I texted customer service and they fixed it right away. May helped me out within 10 minutes and sorted everything out. I appreciate her quick and helpful service.
Dress purchase for return due to sizing issue
I bought a couple of dresses from your store not long ago, but they didn't fit me right, so I had to send them back. I was happy with how fast customer service answered my question about the return. Even though I didn't get an email saying you got my return, the person I talked to assured me that my refund was on the way. It might help if you could send quick messages to customers when their returns arrive, that way we don't worry about lost parcels.
Quick delivery, beautiful dresses
I just ordered some dresses and they got here real quick and were good quality. But when I tried them on, they didn't fit right so I had to send them back. Returning them was no problem, but I messed up and only requested to send back two dresses instead of three. Luckily, a super helpful person helped me out right away through the chat and fixed my mistake in no time. Huge shoutout to that person, they were amazing!
Lovely dresses and speedy delivery
I just bought some really nice dresses and I was so happy with how quickly they arrived. But when I had to return some stuff, it was pretty easy overall, even though they missed acknowledging one of my returns. I sent a message on their Apple service and Chloe took care of it right away, super quick and easy.
