Online order; Bad experience internationally

I gotta tell ya, I had a really bad time ordering stuff online from this company for shipping abroad. I thought it would be cool to get my items sent to Spain, but boy was I in for a shock when they got turned away by Spanish customs. The company said they'd figure out what can and can't be sent to each country, but that clearly didn't happen. And to top it all off, it's been months and they still haven't given me my money back even though the stuff was sent back to them. It's just not right, ya know? They're not being professional at all and they're going back on their own rules. The total lack of communication and the way they don't seem to care about keeping customers happy is just really disappointing.
