King size duvet and two pillows December 2, 2023

I bought a king-size duvet and two pillows from this company, and even though the products themselves were nice, I was let down by the shipping and customer service. The items came in a flimsy cardboard box that was damaged, and when I opened it up, the duvet was actually queen-size instead of king-size. I got in touch with the company, and they admitted the error, but their solutions were really inconvenient, like having to drive a long way to return it. I'm currently in quarantine, so that just wasn't possible for me. Overall, the whole thing was frustrating and the company didn't really do much to make it right.
