CAFAGO - Reviews and experiences

The box showed up all messed up with the seal broken and taped back together, plus the batteries that were supposed to come with it were nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, the delivery was late so I had to rearrange my plans, and I couldn't even sign for the package on the day I was expecting it. Turns out, the product is from China with only a one-year warranty, which is not cool in Europe where it should be two years. But in the end, I did eventually get the package and the product seems to be working fine.

My experience with CAFAGO has been really disappointing. I bought a product from them over two months ago, and it turned out to be defective. I've sent a bunch of emails and tried to work things out, but they haven't offered me a good solution. Their customer service was not helpful at all. It took a long time to get responses, and the solutions they suggested didn't work. They even wanted me to take apart half of the printer to find the problem - which isn't something a regular customer should have to do. They sent me replacement parts twice, but they didn't fix the problem. Now, I just want a replacement for the device. I don't think my concerns were taken seriously, and the dealer didn't handle my issues well.

I just bought some electronics stuff from an online store and honestly, it was pretty disappointing. The prices looked great on the website, but the products and customer service were both not good. My order came all the way from Europe and got to me super quickly, in just three days. But when I unpacked my Redmi TV speaker, I was a bit bummed to see that it didn't come with the European plug I needed. It was a bit of a hassle because I had to buy a separate reducer. Still, the product itself seems okay for the price I paid.
