It was a bit annoying, but I decided to reach out to their customer service team. Surprisingly, they got back to me pretty quickly, within a day. They not only sent me the right item right away, but they also included a prepaid envelope to send back the incorrect one. The replacement arrived the other day and I'm really happy with it. Their customer service was top-notch and super quick to help out.
