somehow I ended up with two accounts and that meant double product and double credits, which I kept because I needed the extras. Problem is you can’t manage the recurring orders online, so I had to call. The rep I spoke with wasn’t great at English and couldn’t transfer all my credits, only offered a smaller credit instead. I accepted it because I was tired of explaining, and he said he’d adjust the next auto-shipment — I had to take his word for it since you can’t view those settings online. A few days later the promised credit hadn’t shown up and the chat was spotty (emails bounced back too), so after another round of trying to sort it out I had him cancel one account. Ended up losing some credits, which is annoying, but the product itself kept me coming back. Honestly, if they had a proper online dashboard to view and change auto-shipments I’d be a lot happier and would probably stick with them. So yes, their stuff is good — feels good, works well — but their admin and customer care need work. My advice: keep an eye on those notification emails and be ready to call; maybe take screenshots or notes when you talk to support. A bit of patience pays off, but they could make it a lot easier.
