App & PortalThe skincare products work great on younger skin, but man, the problems with the website and managing subscriptions are seriously annoying. And don't even get me started on the shipping - sometimes it takes a lot longer than you'd think, which is a pain for us customers.

But after making sure my review was legit through email, it just never appeared on the website, eh. Do they only care about positive reviews that make them seem great, and not about sharing any negative feedback, eh?
