The site said they had some items in stock at a great sale price, but when I tried to order them, turns out they were sold out. Super misleading and not cool at all. The customer service didn't really help either, they didn't offer any solutions. It felt like they were tricking people into visiting their site with false info.

CommunicationSo, when I first tried this company, I was pretty let down. I spent around $97 on 03/19/24, but then ran into problems with getting my order processed and delivered. Even after 5 days, the website still said my order was just "processing" and there was important address info missing. I tried contacting customer service, but things didn't get fixed right away.
