I just bought a bikini top and bottoms from this company. But, when I wore the bikini top on my vacation, I found out it was flawed. So, I sent an email to the company right away. To my surprise, they replied quickly and handled the issue well. They not only admitted the problem but also gave me a full refund for the faulty top. I was really impressed by their top-notch customer service and how they fixed the situation without any hassle.

I bought a black lace bra from this company, but it didn't fit right. I had to send it back, and I was a bit nervous about how that would go. But, the customer service was actually really good! I emailed them, and within a day, I got my refund back in my bank account. I liked how easy and simple the return process was.

I live in the US and it's a real struggle to find bras in my size here. I end up ordering different sizes of the same style and end up sending back most of them. But the good thing is that I always get my refund quickly, and I appreciate that they include a return label in the package. It's just a shame that I have to pay for return shipping. However, I had to return an item a while ago and I still haven't received my refund. It's frustrating and that's the only reason I can't give them a perfect rating.

Waiting 14 days for the refund to actually happen and then waiting another 3 or more days for it to show up in my account is just not cool.
