CheckoutI was so pumped to give those new performance shoes a try with the BOA closure system, but man, what a hassle it was to order them. The website kept messing up, and it felt like forever to actually buy them. When I finally got my shoes, they were too small even though I ordered my regular size. I tried contacting customer service for an exchange, but they were slow and not very helpful. The prices were okay, but the delivery took forever, like weeks delayed. All in all, super disappointing experience.
