Bloomchic - Reviews and experiences

I bought some dresses from this online store recently 'cause they were on sale and looked really nice. But it's been a while now and I still haven't gotten any of the dresses I ordered. I made the purchase on February 1st, 2024, but haven't heard anything back or gotten a receipt. It's really frustrating to spend money on stuff and not get anything in return.

I picked up some Easter dresses from this shop, and let me tell ya, they're adorable and fit me just right! I totally love them, eh. But, get this, it took forever for me to get them. Like seriously, I need those dresses for Easter, not Christmas! Wish they were quicker with their shipping, eh.

Hey there, I just wanted to share that I went through a bit of a pickle like Amanda did. I ordered something not too long ago, but never got my stuff. Then, I saw a strange charge on my bank statement from a company I didn't know. I tried getting in touch with Bloomchic but haven't heard back from them yet. It's a bummer because I've always had good experiences with them in the past. This whole thing has got me feeling let down, ya know?

I've ordered a few dresses from Bloomchic and let me tell you, they are stunning! The quality is amazing and they fit me perfectly. However, I have to deduct a point for the shipping time. It took a whole 4 weeks for my order to arrive, which is just not acceptable in today's fast-paced world. Other brands like Shein and Temu can deliver in less than 10 days, so Bloomchic really needs to improve in this area. Despite the slow delivery, I really love the clothes from Bloomchic and will definitely order again. Their customer service is great though - I had an order that didn't ship, but they quickly gave me the option of a refund or a replacement without any issues.
