CommunicationSo, I bought a motorcycle ramp from this company not too long ago, and honestly, I wasn't too happy with it. The ramp itself seems okay, but the customer service wasn't great. It took longer than I thought to get an email confirming my order and tracking info. And when I asked about installation, the response I got was kinda vague and didn't really help me out. The prices were fair, but I was hoping for better service and communication.
