I bought some shoes from their website not too long ago and got an email confirming my order. But after a while passed with no updates on when they'd be shipped, I decided to ask about it. Turns out, they made a mistake with the price on their site and didn't have my size in stock. Even though I had already got a confirmation, they wouldn't send me the shoes and just cancelled my order out of the blue. When I asked if they could send a different size instead, they said no. It was a pretty unprofessional and rude way to treat customers.
