Biffi Boutique - Reviews and experiences

I bought something online and it's been like more than a week now and still nothing has shown up. I shelled out extra for UPS to get it in 3-5 days but no movement at all. And to top it off, there's no way to chat with a human on the phone for help, which is so annoying.

Hey there, so I was at this boutique and I ordered this fancy coat, but man, what a nightmare with the delivery. The coat got stuck in customs, and I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times but got zero help. So after three weeks of this hassle, I ended up sorting it out with customs on my own. And you know what? No apology or anything for the late delivery. Not cool. I definitely wouldn't suggest shopping at that boutique to anyone.

Biffi Boutique's website is really good, but their address processing could use some work. Their system doesn't work with American delivery companies, so I suggest going with the pick-up option to avoid any issues with getting your order delivered to you.

I was super pumped to pick up this thing from the store, but they kept me waiting forever and it never showed up! I even requested a replacement, but that didn't happen either. Ugh, don't waste your time going there!

As a first-time customer at this boutique, I was real happy with the service and how quickly my order came. The prices were good for brand name stuff and I took a gamble on some Fendi ankle boots. I ordered on Sunday and they were at my door by Tuesday, super quick. The boots were exactly what I expected, real and in great shape. I'll definitely think about shopping here again next time I need something.
