out of stock, back on Feb 15, 2026. I said fine, then changed my mind a few days later and cancelled. I emailed to explain why — life, timing, whatever — and their team actually replied like normal humans. They offered a small goodwill gesture for the wait, which was nice, though it didn’t cover some other options I was looking for. The refund showed up in my account two days after we agreed, which felt fast. Delivery itself was a miss because of the stock issue, but the customer service made the whole thing easy to live with. I’ll browse them again; there are a lot of tempting bits.

if I wanted to keep the item they could ship it within 24 hours. That felt like an actual option, so on Jan 15 I replied: ship it within 24 hours or process the refund. Since then — crickets. No product, no refund, no clear timeline. On Jan 22 they replied again with a baffling addendum: they’d either refund $58.80 if I confirmed cancellation, or ship within 24 hours, but — and this is the odd part — they wanted me to remove my negative review first. That rubbed me the wrong way. It felt like negotiation-by-review-removal, which isn’t great.
So where am I now? Mixed emotions. I’m glad one item arrived quickly and their initial replies showed a willingness to help, but the long delays, disappearing acts, and the request to take down feedback before action left me wary. My advice to others: if you buy, keep records, check spam, and be prepared to follow up repeatedly. Also, don’t expect refunds to be automatic here — push for confirmation. I’d like to think they’ll fix their process; I’d be happy to update this if they actually sort the refund or ship the missing item without strings attached. For now, just be cautious.
