Returns & RefundsI had to return something I bought recently, and I wasn't too happy with how it all went down. I sent back the item, but it got stuck in customs for a really long time and ended up back in my hands five whole months later. When I reached out to customer service for help, they just told me to send it back again on my own dime, which was pretty disappointing after already spending money on it. I asked for a prepaid return label, but they said no. Bellelily wasn't very helpful and didn't offer a solution, which made me think about filing a dispute with my credit card company. Dealing with the return process and the lack of support left me feeling frustrated and not too thrilled about the whole experience.
