Beauty Bay - Reviews and experiences

My order came real fast from Beauty Bay, just a few days after I ordered it. I was really impressed with how quick they got it to me, and they kept me in the loop with updates every step of the way. The packaging was great - not too much and not wasteful. The product itself looks really nice, even though I haven't had a chance to try it yet. I can't wait to give it a go, especially since it's highly recommended. I'm looking forward to being part of the beauty club!

I just bought the Glow Filter product and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with how it all went down - from the delivery to the product itself. First off, the courier just left the package outside without letting me know, they didn't even knock on my door. That's the second time in a row now that I've had issues with the delivery service. And when I finally got to open the product, the wand was all broken and stuck inside. It made it really hard to use the product properly, so I had to reach out to customer service for a replacement or refund.

The eyeshadow palette I bought was so gorgeous! The colours are super pigmented and blend really well. Plus, the packaging is sleek and beautiful. But man, the delivery was a real letdown. The driver said he had a package for me but couldn't find it, so he took off. I only found out my order arrived when I got a late-night email. When I looked outside, I saw the package just chillin' on my doorstep, anyone could've grabbed it!

I just bought something from this company and I was so impressed by how quickly it arrived and how great the products were. My order was shipped the same day I placed it, which was a nice change from other companies I've tried. The products were exactly what I expected and really good quality. I'm super happy with my first time ordering from them and will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

So, I recently bought some makeup stuff from this company and the products themselves were alright, good quality and all that, but boy oh boy did the delivery process give me some grief. They use this third-party courier service for deliveries in Canada, and let me tell you, my package took almost two long weeks to show up. I reached out to their customer service folks a bunch of times, and they responded pretty quickly, but it felt like they were on the courier's side more than mine. The courier said my place was hard to get to, but that wasn't true at all, and they wouldn't do anything or give me a refund while the package was still on its way. Finally, the package did show up, but the whole thing just left a sour taste in my mouth, you know? I definitely won't be shopping with them again, that's for sure.

OMG, this was my first time ordering from this place, and I'm so happy with it! The package was wrapped so nicely. If it wasn't for the bank holiday, I bet it would have come super quick. I can't wait to shop here again for sure! Love, atwickwitch

My package arrived bang on, even though I wasn't around at the time. They popped it just behind the trash bin, a smart and sneaky spot. The package looks untouched, and I'm pretty happy with how it all went down. I've used this product before and would totally suggest it to anyone else.
