Returns & RefundsI just got my first BattlBox and man, I was nice and impressed with what was inside. It was so good that I decided to upgrade to the Pro Plus for the next one. Only problem was, one of the items was busted when it came. But hey, their customer service was on point. I got in touch with them quick and they sent me a replacement real fast, even gave me a tracking number. Top-notch service, went above and beyond what I expected.

Returns & RefundsI got this really awesome knife from you guys a long time ago, but when I tried to use it recently, some screws were missing. I sent an email to customer service, and instead of just sending me the screws, they sent me a completely new knife! How amazing is that? Really great customer service, guys!
