BattlBox - Reviews and experiences

I just ordered a single box from this company, but ran into some problems with my order. I sent them an email to confirm that I only wanted one box, but somehow ended up getting two boxes and getting charged for both. When I asked for help, it took almost a month for them to get back to me, and that was only after I posted a bad review online. Eventually, they fixed the issue and gave me a return label for the extra box, but the customer service experience was not great. Also, the online ordering system is really confusing, especially if you just want to buy one box and not sign up for their monthly service.

The process of ordering my BattlBox subscription was super easy and clear. I really liked how they kept me in the loop with updates on when my package would arrive. Opening up the box was always a thrill because the items inside were so cool and different, giving me ideas for crafts I'd never even thought of. I'm always looking forward to my next BattlBox delivery of fun!
