I usually sleep on my back, so I went with the 20 lb version, but after checking out the weight chart, I realized I could have gone with the 15 lb one. Next time for just me, I might go with the 15 lb, but right now having the 20 lb is perfect for when I share it with my partner. I totally recommend it!
