ServiceI lost my bag and needed a new one, but the customer service was terrible. They wouldn't give me a replacement even if I paid for it, which was not right. They kept giving me excuses that didn't make sense and made me feel like they didn't value me as a customer. I used to be a big fan of Baggu's stuff, but now I won't be shopping with them anymore because of the bad service.
