Returns & Refundsdecent weight, good lining and tidy seams, which made the mix-up extra frustrating. I tried it on at home and left it in the hallway while I started dealing with customer service, and then the back-and-forth began: photos requested, some deemed inadequate, repeat requests. After about two weeks they asked me to return it at my expense to a US address (around £15) or accept a partial refund. They first offered 40% then later increased it to about £70 (roughly 65%), which I accepted — better than hauling it back, but still out of pocket. Small surprise: the fabric felt unexpectedly nice.
