Returns & RefundsMy visit to the NYC store was absolutely fantastic! The person helping me was so great - they really paid close attention to getting the right size for my new bracelet. They were super patient while I tried on different sizes, and made sure everything fit perfectly. I was happy to find out that the bracelet comes with a one-year warranty, which turned out to be really helpful when my cat messed it up. The team was really quick to respond and they're already sending me a replacement. The bracelet is top-notch quality, and the customer service was beyond amazing. I couldn't be happier with my experience there.
