Returns & RefundsI recently bought Bag A1206 from your company and when I got it in Italy, I was surprised to see I had to pay an extra 124.95 € in Estimated Taxes. When I signed up on your site, I already paid 84 € in Estimated Taxes, so I thought there wouldn't be any surprises at checkout. I contacted customer support to let them know I was confused, and they quickly refunded me the extra taxes and said sorry for the mix-up. Despite the little problem at first, I have to admit the bags are really great quality, even better than those from our European competitors. I'm thankful for the fantastic customer service I got.
