This company is just terrible! I bought a trail camera from them, but it stopped working after a bit. I tried to reach out to customer support, but can you believe it, there's no phone number listed anywhere! All I could find was an email address, so I sent them a message about my problem a month ago, but do you think they ever got back to me? Nope, not at all! It's like they don't care about their customers. I'm so frustrated and let down. How do they even manage to stay in business without decent customer service? I've had enough; time to find a different company that actually values its customers.

I bought a camera from this company not too long ago and it turns out the camera I got was defective. I tried contacting the company through the emails on their site but got no reply from anyone. So I had to get Paypal involved to sort things out.
