The delivery was fast and I was happy to see that they used Royal Mail for delivery. But it was kind of a bummer to see that they didn't have big brands like Kiehls and Lancome, which I really wanted to buy. The prices weren't too bad, but the limited selection was a bit of a letdown for me.
