I ordered the Dragon's Dogma 2 Deluxe Edition from a website because they had the best price. They said they would send me the key on the release date at a specific time, but it didn't happen. I saw the game available for purchase somewhere else, which was really annoying. They said their support was available day and night, but when I tried to get help, I found an empty discord server with a support bot that couldn't keep up with all the tickets. Other customers on the server were also confused and waiting for their orders. It was a disappointing experience overall, and one of the worst times I've had buying PC game keys.

It was really annoying to see messages getting deleted on their Discord channel too. But hey, gotta give credit where it's due - the refund process went pretty smoothly and they hooked me up with a discount code to make up for the hassle.
