Their chat is blowing up with people wondering where their Helldivers 2 keys are. If they don't have any keys, they shouldn't let us buy them. Their support page says they're available 24/7, but it's been more than 8 hours and no one has heard back, so I'm guessing they don't work weekends or during peak gaming times. Bottom line, avoid buying popular games from this store. And if you do, steer clear of weekends if you plan on playing right away. Green Man Gaming hooked me up with a code right off the bat, and they were around the same price.

I pre-ordered this game from the website, eh? The game came out four hours ago, but still no game codes for me, can you believe it? And then, the admins on the Discord server were just like useless puppets, eh? Ignoring messages, disappearing when you need them. It was so frustrating, how they couldn't communicate properly or take responsibility, eh? But, I did finally reach out to them for a refund, and guess what, they actually responded within a day and gave me the refund without any hassle. So, that was the one good thing about my experience with All You Play, eh?

My experience with buying Helldivers 2 from this site was a wild ride! I was so excited to finally find the game I wanted, but then I got bummed out when I realized I never got the activation steam code. I reached out for help, but was waiting forever for a response. I was almost ready to call this site a scam until I realized the problem was actually on my end. The support team did reply to me, but Gmail thought it was spam and stuck it in my spam folder. Once I found the response and learned about the delay in getting the keys, they gave me the option for a refund or to wait for the key. I have to admit, my first review was totally wrong, and now I see that the support team was actually amazing with their communication and professionalism. Sorry for the mix-up, and I've updated my review to 4 stars now.

I bought a game on pre-order from this company, but ran into some issues. Even though I paid for it, I didn't get the key. I tried to contact customer support through email, but got nowhere. I also looked on Discord, but couldn't find a way to submit a ticket. I'm hoping someone from the company gets back to me soon, and at the very least, gives me a refund. I'll wait until the release date and hopefully the key will be there, but it's disappointing that I wasn't told at any point during the purchase or by email that the key would only be available on that day.
